Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality content for all our social media channels and website. This includes conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, and editing engaging videos and images that highlight our properties and company culture.
• Video Production: Create and edit video content that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives. Manage the entire video production process from initial idea through to final cut.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and organize all content inventory, including video footage, images, and other media assets. Ensure all content is properly categorized and accessible.
• Website Updates: Regularly update and manage content on our WordPress website. Ensure that all information is current, accurate, and reflective of our brand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator and videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience with WordPress and website management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Experience in the real estate industry or similar sectors.
