Job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller with prior experience in the real estate industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to engage potential clients effectively. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, generating leads, and promoting our real estate services and properties.

Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate properties, services, and investment opportunities.
– Qualify leads and gather detailed information about client requirements.
– Follow up with leads through calls and emails to close sales or set up property viewings.
– Provide clients with up-to-date property details, pricing, and availability.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
– Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and performance metrics.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth client transition and successful closures.
– Stay up-to-date with market trends, property prices, and industry developments.

Prerequisites:
– Proven experience as a Telecaller in the real estate sector.
– Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, terminology, and property sales processes.
– Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

– Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
